Hi, my name is Claire Eccles...
You might know me as ‘Heaven’ from Heaven and Hell Fitness.


For the past 26 years, I have been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, allowing me to build up a wealth of knowledge and life-long experience.

I can help to improve your general health and wellbeing, as well as reducing stress and fatigue and enhancing your strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. I also believe that having a healthy body contributes greatly to having a healthy mind-set, meaning I will help to improve your mental health and as well as physical.

I offer personal one to on, couples and small group training sessions, where we set goals and outcomes tailored to you. I also offer a range of exercises classes such as Pilates and HITT training. Over the years, I have built up a friendly community and you could be part of it too.

Personal Trainer – level 3 International Institute of Sports Therapy
Ante / Post Natal Exercise Level 3
Advanced level 3 Fitness Instructor
QA level 3 Emergency first aid at work
OCR level 2 Fitness Pilates, Exercise to Music, Step Exercise to Music, Aqua Exercise to Music, Gym, Circuit Training.
Additional experience
BTS Body pump instructor, Stability ball trainer, Flexi- bar trainer, Tomahawk, spinning (energy cycling instructor), Member of CIMSPA, Bokwa level 1 & 2

The sessions provide variety but constant challenge to improve my fitness level. Claire keeps the motivation high by recognising new personal goals but continuely changing the programme to keep it interesting.
